Meadowbrook Way
Meadowbrook’s Skilled Rehabilitation services include a 42-bed program designed to provide expert rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for those recovering from surgery or other medical treatments or have post hospitalization debility. We provide 24-hour nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living, and care focused on restoring the individual’s health and independence. Because we are situated in a rehabilitation hospital, it allows us to care for patients that may have complex nursing needs while still participating in our therapy program.
